“Mite Bogoevski” Primary School is the largest primary school within the territory of the Municipality of Resen, with around 550 active pupils, which makes this cooperation particularly significant in the context of engaging a large number of young people in educational processes focused on nature and environmental protection.
Through the Memorandum, the Macedonian Ecological Society places its professional and scientific capacities at the disposal of “Mite Bogoevski” Primary School, by organizing lectures and workshops in the field of ecology. Special emphasis will be placed on the natural and cultural values of the Prespa Region and their sustainable management.
The cooperation arises from the need for stronger links between professional non-governmental organizations and public educational institutions, with the aim of raising public awareness of nature protection and conservation, as well as enhancing the knowledge and skills of pupils through practical and interactive activities.
